V-ROADS is an Erasmus+ project supporting the modernisation of vocational education and training in Albania. The project strengthens tourism training relevance through innovative short curricula based on micro-credentials, trainer capacity building, and pilot courses aligned with European standards – creating direct pathways to employment for youth and women.

The V-ROADS project, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, aims to modernise Albania's Vocational Education and Training (VET) system with a focus on the tourism sector.
V-ROADS pursues the following objectives:
The main beneficiaries are public and private VET trainers and providers, young people and women in vulnerable situations, aiming to strengthen employability and support inclusive growth in the tourism sector.
The project will enhance the skills of at least 40 trainers from public and private VET institutions through Training of Trainers programmes, workshops, and international exchange activities.
It will develop 6 short training modules in tourism, designed to European standards and aligned with EQF learning outcomes.
